• Worked closely with company’s product strategy team to develop test methodology for 6 new products across the condiments and sauces space including but not limited to performance test parameters such as visual appeal, consistency etc..
• Placed and monitored usage of products in a blind setting against key competition brands.
• Identified key parameters wherein performance was below competitor brands that requires further product development fine-tuning prior to launch.
