Client Overview:
• LARGE RETAIL CHAIN SEEKING TO BUILD NEW PRODUCT MIX IN SNACK FOODS CATEGORY
• CATEGORY LANDSCAPE UNDERSTANDING IN TERMS OF CONSUMER PROFILE, PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES AND MIX PERFORMANCE AGAINST BENCHMARK PRODUCTS/BRANDS.
Our Approach:
• Worked closely with Marketing Team to understand key category attributes desired by consumers and rank order of attributes when purchasing brands / switching brands in the snack foods category.
• Conducted in-home product performance benchmarking against key competitors in blind setting in order to determine effectiveness of product mix.
