Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations

Vicino International Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides consulting services that are customized and tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of these services, we require at least 7 business days’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations requested after this period will be subject to a charge for any preparatory work that has already been undertaken.

No Refund Policy

Once consulting services have commenced or any project work has been initiated, no refunds will be provided. This includes market research, business analysis, strategy development, and any other consulting services.

Rescheduling Services

Clients may request to reschedule consultations or meetings with at least 3 business days’ notice. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but rescheduling may be subject to availability.

Exceptions

If Vicino is unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergencies, consultant availability), the client may choose to reschedule or receive a credit for future services.

Changes to This Policy

Vicino reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
